As other reviewers have pointed out, screws to knob extenders are too short as included with filler. In order to use extenders in knobs, 2 size #10-24 screws are needed. Cheap and simple to purchase from local home improvement store. My husband was able to install them and the extenders easily, and now pot filler works perfectly without leaking, and is quite luxe looking in kitchen. Lower knob controls valve, should be turned off when filler not in use. Upper knob controls water flow once valve has been opened, allowing user to turn water on and off while switching among pots. Dual knob/valve system supposedly prevents leakage.

Looks pretty but the screws were too short for it to be operable and Kingston brass customer service is obsolete.

Loved design but too many issues. Similar problem as other review, we received pot filler with incorrect screws and leaky valves. Called Kingston Brass and after sending in video they sent us a replacement pot filler (after waiting for back order to come in). Opened box and same screw package with wrong size screws! How can this not be fixed by now?? My husband installed second pot filler and this too leaks at both joints. Called company and they are sending us a third pot filler. Last chance for this brand and then we move to another brand. Again love the design but very poor manufacturing and incorrect screws packaged with product. Never had issues with brands like Delta, Moen or Signature Hardware.

We love the look of this pot filler but the first one we ordered did not have the right size screws to attach the handles. We contacted Kingston Brass and they sent replacement screws that were still the wrong size. We cut them down ourselves to fit. Once we got it working, there was a leak. They agreed to send us a replacement but it was back ordered. We did eventually get a replacement and the new one also had the wrong size screws. We were able to reuse the screws that we had already cut so it is working now. I don’t think I would recommend buying this particular model but Kingston customer service was good to work with and it was eventually resolved.
