Immediately improved shifting on my finicky 1990s Road bike with a Campy/SRAM drive trainKMC 9 XL I felt instant improvement over a good condition, brand name, high-quality chain - without touching the adjustment screwsIt is very important to buy bicycle chains from a trusted supplier IMHO

The chain is lighter and easy to install but you have to have the tool for that.

DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIN! The metal used in this chain is garbage. I will never buy KMC every again. This chain broke apart in 2 spots while climbing the San Tan Mountains. Yes I do maintain my bike and I lube the chain regularly. But for a chain to break in 2 spots at the same time tells you its cheap metal. Stay clear of this inferior product or bring enough repair links so you wont be walking home.

Used to rebuild a horribly filthy and gunky drivetrain along with new pulley wheels and cassette. This is the 3rd time I've purchased a variant of this chain (11s/10s/9s), but usually go for the gold ones for aesthetics. Smooth shifts on my old 105 groupset make me a happy camper and return buyer.

Easy way to drop quite a bit of weight from standard single speed bikes. Need to use thinner chainring and cog, of course.

This is my third KMA superlite chain. I have had very good luck with all 3. I keep the chain and drivetrain clean and lubed, usually replace chain at 1500-2000 miles.I like to climb but don't have the legs of a sprinter, so no issues with stretched or broken chains. I am a big fanatic about clean crisp shifting. This chain design is great.

I bought this chain as spare and I carry it with me in my back pack during all MTB rides. The previous does not review the chain but what comes now will. This chain is the exact replacement of the one that came with my bicycle when I got it new more than 1 year ago. I have ridden more than 500 miles with it and still is in perfect condition. It is very light weight because the links AND de pins are hollow, features that does not make it weak. I advise you the following though, avoid as much as possible to change gears (sprokets) when torquing uphill.
