Haven’t worn them yet but tried them on. Purchased these as I recently got back into Bmx biking and pedals love shins so yeah these will do. And they come with matching elbow and forearm protection as well. Definitely can’t go wrong when you need protection.

I’m using them for some home made riot gear.They work really well and fit comfortably.They are durable enough to take decent amounts of hits from an aluminum bat so I’d assume a coupe bumps and bruises would still come from a crash or dumping a bike.

The pads don't cover all three points of your elbow or knee. The metal is very thin and dented with a minor impact to the floor.

Full disclosure, I did not order these for their intended purpose, so I'm not reviewing their value as motorcycle accessories.I bought these for a scifi riot gear cosplay, and they are better than I could have hoped. You can't beat the look of real steel, and these things really do feel impenetrable. If I did own a motorcycle, I would trust these to save my knees

These pads are great! They're durable light and don't rust! Plus they look sharp. I don't have any problems when riding my scooter but when I run with these on they slide down.
