this tube is a little smaller in dia, than the Jag, wich works great in the crank area,,,

I was swapping handlebars on an internally routed Specialized Tarmac SL4, and thought the cost would be worth the reduction in hassle for fishing cables through the frame. Boy was I right! This is just what the Dr. ordered and worked equally well for both brake cables and shifter cables. I did use a tiny bit of white lithium grease as I threaded my cables through this tubing to help with the "slide", but it would probably be fine without that, too.Saved me untold hours, sweat, and biting my tongue in frustration, no doubt!

I've maintained my own bikes for over 50 years, but was stymied on feeding new shift cables through the my latest bike which has internal cable routing. This "liner" makes it easy to feed new cables through the hidden "bowels" of my bike frame - problem solved!

I use this to help route cable internally through a carbon frame. Works like a charm! It is flexible enough to get around corners and just rigid enough to feed through if needed.
