I’ve used these lanyards for quite a while now, and I’d say that the clasps break about once every four months or so, with daily use by students (and we know how careless they can be!) That said, so many passes and lanyards come in a box that it’s easy to swap them out when one breaks or the lanyard gets too dirty.

These hall passes come in 4 sets of 6 passes, and that is great. I will be ordering more for the other classrooms and labeling them according to the teacher. These hall passes are very vibrant and color coded. The student should be where the pass says they should be...easy to spot. They are very durable and sturdy. With the exception of getting misplaced, these passes could last through a few school years. You can use the included lanyards or purchase some clips. In any event the price was great...less than $25 for the set.
