Just opened the package to get ready for the Xmas season to find the accessories did not come with it, including the power cord. There was no train either. I was able to find a spare power cord, but the music box does not seem to work either

Overall we love this house. Movement, colorful, and looks great setting on our entertainment center. The only dislike is the noise of one of the motors. It is a little loud and distracting.

Come tutti i prodotti Lemax si va sul sicuro, il prezzo non è certo basso ma la qualità è assicurata...materiali consistenti..verniciatura impeccabile con movimenti e suoni perfetti.La musica si può alzare e abbassare fino ad escluderla.Per gli amanti del genere è sicuramente da comprare.

Super cute and nice quality.The train runs well and all the movement is smooth. There was a review that said it is too noisy but it is not bad at all. .I can control the volume too. The train gets odd track every now and then but I think I have put them on the right magnet since one train is longer than others. I really recommend this one. Love it!!

Great item and well packaged. Only issue I have is that it came with a US plug. I would have thought that the sender would know posting to Australia it would have the correct plug. Otherwise extremely happy with it :-)

It’s really adorable, but when the sound is turned off, the motor which makes the two train pieces rotate is just too loud. Will have to return because it makes too much noise. I don’t know if the one I received is defective or if they’re all like that. I have the Lemax North PoleTower which also has magnetized pieces that go around in a circle and it’s completely silent.
