Received one of 2 of these struts. The one I received is in the photos. Other was returned before I received it because it was damaged by UPS during shipment. Very nice. Go Brown. Absolutely ridiculous!

I used spring compressor to take off OEM spring from old strut and installed easily to new strut. Tighten nut, release compressor bolts, install in Van and tighten fasteners to torque specs. If you are handy you can do these. I have my own spring compressor tool but auto part stores rent for free.

The OEM struts have holes for the bolts, the KYB struts have slots on the bottom attachment point. The OEM fit only in one position. The OEM need to be filed to make an adjustment (if required). The KYB struts require a camber alignment. Either you do it, or take it to the shop after installing the struts. Struts assembled with no troubles, and I was able to set the camber myself, close enough to drive it to the shop without unnecessary tire wear. Michelin tires are pretty pricey, so worth it to me to get the alignment right. I have a bit of doubt on how the alignment will hold up given the lower attachments are slots and I am using the original (Non cam bolt) fasteners. Time will tell.

Same strut left or right, how’d they do that? The current struts are really bouncy, these struts will improve the ride a lot.
