The Lazer performs well on a variety of surfaces for indoor/outdoor use but are specifically designed for outdoor use. They have a new and improved spokeless hub which accepts any standard 608 inline bearing. The solid nylon core hubs are used to provide even weight distribution, a stronger core, and maybe even just a bit more of that aero dynamic action we all love. The Lazer wheels also feature Clear Tech recreation urethane.

The cores are made of soft plastic, and after only a few uses are showing marked wear and tear. I can't figure out why someone would think it's a good idea to put a soft core on a hard wheel. Oh right, because the manufacturer is cheap and doesn't mind ripping people off.
