took a couple of hours to change out for this. Seems a very good upgrade from the stock sheering shaft on my 93 w350.

I just installed this on my 1993 Dodge W150 4x4 pickup and it works great, very easy to install right out of the box. Truck steering is now very good again. If your steering shaft is loose and lots of play, install this unit and your done.

If you have one of these older Dodge vehicles with the wear prone bell shaped joint in the steering shaft just in front of the gear box then you probably know how quickly they wear and sloppy they get which makes steering the vehicle like trying to herd cats. This replacement shaft does away with the bell joint and replaces it with a modern slip type shaft and a u-joint which makes the vehicle steer like it should again. Easy to install, works GREAT.

Very well made replacement for a very problematic factory steer shaft on old Dodge square bodies.This shaft has a very long telescoping shaft so it will work on trucks with body lifts as well.Splines are accurate and slide right onto the input shaft with no slop.Only thing I’m not a huge fan of is the yoke being held by set screw and jamb nut- I would prefer use of the factory style roll pin, but i understand why it’s made this way- since Dodge changed the mounting arrangement several times across the years of their trucks.The manufacturer should ditch the set screw and use a band clamp. Safer and would fit all styles of yoke required across model years.All in all, quality part, nice fit and finish, easy install.Well worth the money, and steering slop is history.

Excellent. Appears to be well made for the price. Nice and tight in the u-joints, fit the spline with no slop. Just installed with new steering box, new lines, and new pump.
