I recently started attending reformer pilates classes. These socks work great. The grip is good. One of my pet peeves is when socks slip or twist. Thankfully, there's none of that.

I used these for my Pilates classes. They are comfortable, thick, and grip well. Perfect fit for my size 9 feet.As with most grippy socks the grip wears off with washes and wear but they last a few months.
