They are a little uncomfortable, however the real rub is there’s not enough information to be able to use them for translation. It was very frustrating trying to get answers to no avail. I am confident that there are much better options out there.

The instructions were difficult to read and follow. The product asked for access to my photos which I found unnecessary. I am still unable to make it work and will be trashing it.

Thank heavens for free Prime returns. The app is fairly easy to install. You must use a code that is provided to use the app. So you link the head phones to your phone via Bluetooth and the foreign language is picked up by your phone speaker. Rarely does this app understand and translate. With some languages.there is a 30% chance. I ordered more more expensive set and the language identification andtranslation is much better.

Mediocre Bluetooth headset and a QR code to a poorly rated translation app you probably wouldn’t want having full access to your phones mic and cameras. Know what you’re getting.
