As someone who uses a MacBook for both work and creative projects, having an extra screen is a game-changer. The monitor extension for laptop is incredibly easy to set up—just plug it into the full featured USB-C port, and it works instantly without any lag.The display quality is sharp and vibrant, matching my MacBook’s Retina screen perfectly. It’s lightweight and slim, making it super portable for on-the-go use. Ok. Let me start off by saying I was skeptical because there were not a lot of reviews on this brand. It looks like this brand just came out a few months ago. Only 20+ reviews and already had a big discount attached. I saw there were a lot of monitor extenders that looked just like it out there. And I know that if the product did not live up to the hype I would just return it. But I needed something reasonable for my work computer I used at home. I used 3 monitors when I was in the office and I needed 3 at home for my job.As soon as it arrived, I saw that the package was heavier than expected. I found the monitors are put together in what has to be heavy duty aluminum framing. I was expecting plastic. So I was happy about that. Most of the parts are made with heavy duty aluminum and the rest is made with heavy duty plastic. It would have to be because those monitors were heavier than my work laptop. I do have to say it is not to heavy. But it is still heavy enough. Good quality for sure.I put everything together fast and easy. Had no issues with connections. Everything turned on fast and as it should have. The only thing I had to do was change the display settings in the setting menu. Which was easy and I have to do that with every new monitor I get for all my laptops. The product came with all the connection cords needed and then some. So we have some extra cords just in case.I do have to say that this monitor extender is not meant to be use to walk around with 2 monitors attached to your laptop. It is meant to be set up on a hard surface of some sort. You will understand when handle it. I like that you can change your set up in many ways. So far I have no issues and I am loving this monitor extender. I highly recommend it.

This is a very well-thought-out design and is the third triple monitor extension I've tried; I had to return the first two.The issue is that I have a 17-inch Dell Inspiron laptop. The previous two extenders claimed they fit a laptop of this size, but they don't fit well enough to be confident that they'll stay put. The two brands I returned are Kefeya and Cidetty. If you have a 17-inch screen, beware. Those brands attempt to clamp the rig holding the monitors to your laptop's screen by squeezing the center chassis together—bad idea. The Bkvoo S6 triple monitor extender supports the monitors using the entire frame instead of clamping them to your laptop's screen. The arms that attach to each monitor have additional adjustments to refine your setup further.I needed to power each screen with an additional USB cable as I'm using an older DELL, but it all works just fine with the addition of a USB to HDMI adapter (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BPEV1XK?ref=fed_asin_title&th=1) and a USB hub with 4 ports (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CN3F9Y1Z?ref=fed_asin_title&th=1) to power it all.If you have a newer machine, you likely have more ports, so this won't be an issue.I went through three sets of extenders to find this one, and I'm glad I did.

I am very happy with this portable monitor. It has great image quality and the $79.99 price is reasonable for a full-HD portable monitor. I have had a chance to use few different portable monitors that would compete with this one in the past, and I’ll highlight some of the unique features of this one:• This monitor has an interesting flip-out kickstand on the back. The stand snaps into sockets on the back of the monitor, and can be rotated to use the monitor in either landscape or portrait mode. That kickstand is quite nice, and feels more solid than the stand approaches on other monitors. But note that the plastic panel on the back of the monitor does add a little thickness to the monitor.• Other monitors I have used had two USB-C ports plus one HDMI port on the back or side. One USB-C port is used for newer source devices that can supply both video and power through the same USB-C cable. The HDMI port is used for older source devices that can only output video through an HDMI cable, and in that case one of the USB-C ports on the monitor is used for supplemental power. This monitor is different. It has three USB-C ports and no HDMI. One of those USB-C ports takes the video from the HDMI output on the source device, using an included HDMI to USB-C cable. It works great, but just don’t lose that HDMI to USB-C cable. Most replacement cables with a USB-C on one end and HDMI on the other end are meant to convert USB-C to HDMI and they are not bi-directional so they won’t work the other way around.• The inputs on this monitor face downward, on the bottom edge of the back panel. It makes it easier to hide the cables versus inputs located on the side, but the trade off is that I found it a bit more tedious to plug the cables in.I like this monitor and it works well. But I am not giving it a five-star rating because I am concerned that about that HDMI to USB-C cable. I found a couple of HDMI to USB-C cables on Amazon for around $25, so the cable can be replaced. But it might be tough to find if you needed one quickly while traveling.
