The Amazon driver hand delivered it to me, so I know the broken piece were not due to delivery. They also change the outlets, they do still fit the Lemax multiple plug in, but the plugs are entirely different. The quality has unfortunately just went down hill. I love spooky town, but this will be my last purchase unless I buy it second hand. So sad to see a tradition end.

Lemax, i will never order from them again!! I ordered the Lemax Village Collection Bailey & Bella Pet Shop and when it arrived, it was broken!! All the people and light pole was broken off!!! I sent a message to Amazon and they sent another one! Guess what???? It’s broken also!!! The bottom fell out!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!
