Everything was the same plug connection except the power lock plug. I'm trying to find a replacement controller for my sons pulse performance atv quad. It is a tre2423v controller.

Used this with kids electric car. Kid was taking off to use a second time and heard a “poof”. Box started smoking and in the pic you can see burn marks. Worked great for the 15 minutes it was used.

Judging by the capacitor that this has, 24v is on the low end of what it can take. Smoothly operated power wheels motor on the bench. Derailleur is the throttle, indicator is any lights you want to add or activate with this, power locks needs to be switched or jumpered to turn unit on, brake connector cuts power to motor when jumpered or using a momentary switch, brake light is just that, activate the brake, brake light circuit powers on, charging port can charge the battery, but I wouldn't use it, bms on battery should be able to handle that. No this doesn't have Regen, but I guess with an h-bridge it something you could rig it up. Keep in mind, any output this has (indicator, brake light) will output battery voltage. So wire brake/head lights in series to step voltage down or use 24v rated lights.
