There are anti-slip stickers in the box. I put them on the living room floor and they really don't slide away.

The Grotoly stepping stones are a great way to engage tiny tots in gross motor activities. Our kiddos love to play the floor is lava, so this was a great catch. The lights inside of the stones included batteries, so it was just a matter of taking the stack of stepping stones out of the box, flipping the switch to "on" and positioning them on the floor. Missing a star due to the durability of the stones, I believe the little ones may have to practice lightly landing onto the stones.

This is a great activity for toddler age to about age four or five. It makes a fun activity and the lights add more affect to the stepping stones. There are tabs included to keep the stones from sliding around. They can be used indoors, which I am doing or they can be used outdoors but not permanently outdoors due to the lights. It teaches colors and physical activities in children. There isn’t really a plastic smell and the pieces are rounded with with no sharp edges. The packaging arrives with the stones stacked one inside the other, so it is a space saving box too if you are wondering about space and size during shipping.

This set of stepping stones is fun for my 18 month grandson, he's now more agile with stepping on on elevated surfaces. The LED lights are brighter inside or in the evening out on the back porch, but they are a good prompt for color identifying. I would say these are better for indoors unless on a solid surface outside, not on the grass. With the current 20% coupon on these step-ups, this makes them at 5 stars.
