The bell does not make a good sound and it takes a lot to hold it down to make a sound. It’s more of a light than a functional bell.

This little bell is so cool! It changes color and is rather bright!In addition to nest-o, it is a safety device. It is a loud bell and bright enough to be noticed. My pal thought it was so great… just give it a push & it lights up…push again and it blinks then push to turn off…easy-peasy!

I really liked everything, although I haven't ridden my bike since the place I took it to installed it, I could've done it myself, as I had to move it anyway, I needed it on my right side, since I'm right handed, and I would've had a hard time reaching for it on the left side. The weather may be changing and I'll probably have to wait until next Spring to ride my bike, now.

My son didn't like riding his bike so we told him he could accessorize it. This little bell did the trick. And now he loves riding. It illuminates pretty bright considering we only ride in the day. And the bell is loud enough for him to alert passers-by. Easy to install and easy to use.
