I use these in my gun safe and the work great. The magnets stick to the shelf rails.

These lights works really well and are super bright. But these lights eat batteries like a fat kid eats cake. Everything else is good. Even the magnets are good. But if you buy these, you better also buy stock in Duracell.

First off, these lights are on the pricey side, but they are actually pretty good for thier size. After playing around with placement to my liking, they seem to work best placing them towards the back wall of the safe for the motion sensor to detect accurately. They do a good job lighting up that bay / shelf.A week later,I go in and I had one of the lights light dimly from low batteries. Other one worked, but you can tell they had stayed on a little bit. No big deal, probably a cheaper older set of batteries I had. So I go out and spend some money on lithium batteries. Longer lasting (especially for led lights) and better in cold climate. It seems the one light they was almost dead (well known brand batteries used) have also died using the lithium batteries. I very highly doubt these batteries are bad out of the pack, as I also checked them for my own sanity before installing. It seems like no matter what battery is used, this one particular light is either internally draining or triggering this light inside a locked safe with no motion present. Faulty circuit?

Seems very high quality, works great, small, and looks good.

I purchased four of these, in two-packs, over the past year. I use them in a smaller gun safe. I find these to be a great alternative to the LED strip lights, or to one larger light. They are bright enough to light each shelf area inside the safe, and the motion detection features ensures that they turn on when the door opens, and turn off after a few minutes. This conserves battery life. I use rechargeable batteries and generally have to switch out the batteries every three months or so. I do not go into the safe very often, so if you use them in an area with where more frequent motion is present, the batteries probably will expire more quickly.

Cheaply made but lights up the area in my safe well. Magnets do work better than I thought they would but you need to supply the metal to attach the light to. It's not supplied. The AUTO function works well a long as you point its sensor towards the opening of the safe and not the rear. Time will tell about the longevity but the lights adhere much better than the Velcro types IMO.

Put in my safe and they work well for very short periods of time. Wish they stayed on longer each cycle, but decent value for the money and does what’s needed, just have to wave your hand in front every 20 seconds or so.

I bought these for my gun safe. I simply attached them to the top front of the safe with adhesive Velcro strips. They come on when I open the safe and remain on while sensing any motion. No more motion? After a few seconds they go off. No wiring to deal with and more than enough light to view the contents of my safe. I love these things!
