I love it. I’m not sure how to clean it but I love it. It says it’s waterproof but I’m not sure what soaps or cleaners I can use on it to remove bird poop and stuff like that. The fact that it’s wireless and solar… is the real game changer, super low maintenance and it lets my ufo friends where to pick me up :-)

This light passes all the outdoor tests and is absolutely beautiful, changing subtle colors, solar lasts all night. Not for security but one of the loveliest effects we have ever tested. At almost $50 at this writing I would look for deals and coupons but beauty, function and durability are the right value if you can afford it.This "outdoor weatherproof" claim for this item's in-use weather/water rating is 5. This was checked via warranty and certification and/or tested within a month of receipt. The RATING SCALE (5 TO 1, 5 IS BEST, 1 IS FAILED) is:5 GREAT. Has outdoor certification, is warranted and passed our test of multiple exposures to heavy dousing, heat, rain and/or snow.4. VERY GOOD. Certified OR warranted but not both, and passed one strong water test and/or major storm.3. OK. Not certified, limited warranty, passed light water test and ok in one mist, fog or light rain.2. POOR, Stopped working with one exposure to light rain, fog or mist.0 or 1. FAILED out of the box, defective.NOTE: Certification cannot just be an ad claim, must be IEEE, UL or other written certification with product or from manufacturer with a reference number proof. If you have one and ranked poorly, send it to me. I got this light ball to put in my landscaping. Because it is solar, it needs to be placed where it can get sunlight several hours during the daytime. However this ball can also be charged with a usb. I initially charged mine with the usb then placed it in a sunny location where it recharges itself. Right now I have it in a flowerpot on my deck and It looks beautiful. It comes with a 4” stake so it can be placed in the ground. It’s waterproof so no need to worry about rain or the sprinkler system. It is 8” and the solar panel is within the globe so if you place them in landscaping you should make sure it is not obscured by foliage so light can get to the panel to recharge it. It comes with a remote that will work up to 26ft. With the remote you can set a single color or cycle through the colors and also how you want them cycled (strobe, fade into each other, flashing, etc. It comes on at dark and goes off during the daylight. Several of them would really look lovely scattered about in the flowerbeds. I think they would look nice lining a walkway, too.

I like that you can charge it via the included USB cable or by sunlight. It will withstand rain and will look beautiful in your yard.The reason I am giving it 3 Stars is because when it is charged through sunlight it will not light up all night long. It will also default to the fading rainbow setting if it goes dead, which is often.How I rate the products I review.1 Star - Does not work / would cause damage in any use case2 Stars - Works but poor quality / poorly made3 Stars - Would work fine in other situations, just not mine / lacking more than one thing or has many annoying traits / this product is a decide-for-yourself type of product4 Stars - Works as described but lacks one small thing or has one small annoying trait / still a decent buy5 Stars - A perfect Item with a perfect price-to-quality ratio/ you should definitely buy! (I would also give a product that would normally get 4 Stars this if I can justify why)

This is pretty bright and cookies are beautiful. Besides that's it is not worth it. It will not stay on the color you choose. Whenever it comes back on at sunset it starts circcling through the colors even though I set it to white. I have to be changing it back every night. Also it doesn't stay on for more than about 4 hours max.
