Answer:Yes it is compatible but please keep in mind you need 2 batteries.
Question:Can this battery be charged with the one that comes with the Snow Joe (Sun Joe) or do i need a different charger for this battery?
Answer:This battery needs either the or 24VCHRG-QC chargers. If your Snow Joe (Sun Joe) comes with one of those two models, then you do not need to buy the charger.
Question:My snow blower has two ports for batteries. Can you tell me what I need?
Answer:If your machine is a 48v wireless tool like the model 24V-X2-SB18, you need 2 pieces of our 24v batteries, which are respectively inserted in the two battery ports.
Tips：
1.Please make sure the battery that you are going to buy fits the brand, model and part number.
2.Please charge the battery fully before use.
3.It is normal that the temperature of the battery will rise after use.
4.The battery needs to be cooled for 15-30 minutes after use and then recharged to get better charging performance.

I fully charged the batteries and the sno Joe couldn’t move anymore than one inch of snow before cutting of and the batteries started blinking like crazy!

Used in my Snow Joe 24V-X2-SB18-TV1 and so far works good. Tackled a 5 inch wet snow. Didn’t see a much longer run time then my SnowJoe 5.0amp batteries.

One of the batteries that arrived is defective and doesn’t charge at all. Very disappointed.UPDATE (original rating was 1 star): the seller reached out quickly and offered to send free replacements. The replacements work well, charge and power my machine. I updated my review and changed my rating to reflect their excellent customer service.
