These platinum series flexplates are engineered to handle extreme duty applications and designed to take the punishment of today's high horsepower Gen III engines. The 4mm thick centerplate provides a solid foundation (that's 0.035" thicker than stock). Ring gears are precision welded to meet SFI 29.1 specifications, utilizing robotic cold-welding processes. These flex plates are inspected throughout the manufacturing cycle to ensure a high quality, safe end product.

Flywheel is nice but the bolt holes do not line up with a th350 transmission.

Not properly drilled for th400 trans.it is marked for th400 bolt pattern but it's actually a little wider than the marks on the 6th f çflywheel now I have wallowed out flywheel again....I would like to know if I can get this flexplate warranted and get the proper bolt pattern already drilled in it...

if you have an older version of LS you will not need this plate. the original plate on older LS model is the same. that the information that they don't tell you. so unless you've done one in the pass or you're very advance mechanic you won't know. i bought this plate and my 99 4.8 LS had the same plate. buy the time i found out Amazon wouldn't take it back
