The product itself is crafted very well. It is cute and my wife loved it. The only complaint was it was two weeks late in arriving. Make sure you have three weeks for it to arrive or it will come late.

Got these for my Mom and MIL, they both absolutely LOVED them!!! So cute amazing quality, shipped great, only problem was it said delivered by mothers day and was late, so that's the only reason for 4 stars.

By the time that all of the extra charges this tiny plaque cost $57 and change! Ridiculous! On top of that there were major delays and my mother's day gift arrived on May 17th! I'm very disappointed with it and I expected better at nearly $58 and all the delays! I'll NEVER order from them again! Buyer beware

Super cute. However, the got the chronological name order wrong. I'm waiting got to see what customer support is gonna do to make it right. 4 stars for cuteness. 0ne star for wrong. So I'll go a 2. For now.

This purchase was a no-brainer! I had it custom-made with my name and my four other siblings names. It was so well-made and pretty when I received it. Perfect ‘wall art’ for my mother’s apartment, as she has dementia, and lives in memory care.
