I purchased this product on November 21 2024, Installed it in December and on January 22nd 2025 this happened. I am furious that such a inferior product is being sold to customers, this couldve ended so badly luckily it broke while I was getting ready to leave out and not while I was on a busy highway doing 60mph!!!!

Bought this in March and got it installed in April. The steering started clunking a couple of weeks ago and it is getting worse as we drive.

The jobber part does not have the proper hole for attaching to the steering rack. Also due to excessive material where the bolt head is, it is pretty much impossible to get a socket on it for final torque. By using my thin-wall Snap-on I was able to tighten it down, however because it doesn't have the proper hole. It doesn't tighten properly...too much play. Connection to steering column is perfect though.Total waste of time using this. Ended up putting the old one back in and waiting for an OEM part now.You've been Warned!

Had to do some rigging (used left over bolts from other cars) to make fit my 08 Mazda Tribute. Bolts that came with were too large to fit the hole and line up with the other side.
