This snare drum has a marvelous tone that only got better with brass wire snares. Well made, it is the same seamless shell as the "Black Beauty" minus the black nickel coating. The snare throw off is easily adjusted and you can adjust it quickly.Overall one of the best drums I've ever owned or played.
