The listing would lead you to believe that it’s two strips. There’s a pic of two strips and it’s listed as “strips”. It’s indeed one strip.

Yes, the ad does lead you to believe there are two felts as the previous reviewer said, BUT the product is classic tried and true. Felts on the bass drum head are a fairly subtle way of muting the drum head sound by restricting head movement rather than directly damping. A favorite with Buddy Rich and the big band drummers who used large 24-26 in bass drums. Try it, you'll like it!
