This seems to be exactly the same as the LinQ plate sold by Can-Am, but for half the price. I don’t have an OEM plate to compare it to, but it is sturdy and seems to be well made. It is a bit hard to install and takes quite a bit of force to get it all the way in place. When installed properly, the push button lock does engage fully. If the button only goes part way down, then the plate is not all the way in place and the plate it not actually locked in. You have to give it another strong pull to get it all the way back and then the button should go all the way down.This plate makes changing out the passenger seat with a top case or other accessory very easy.
