Item worked great for about a month, then froze and stopped working altogether. Was used exactly as directed, so I assume this is due to poor quality parts. Was expecting much better quality given the price, but clearly more of a cash grab by the seller. Item stopped working 4 days past return window, but Amazon customer service was great in accommodating a return.

It works really well for a short time.. after about an hour of use the screws holding the needles fixture in place has stripped the threads in the base plate so now it is loose and does not work. Its really unfortunate that this happens because when it worked it was great.

It doesn’t work and while they take returns you are on the line for shipping it to China which costs about what I paid for it. Plus they don’t provide you with a real shipping address on their return label. Don’t buy it!!!

I just got mine and have been using it all day! It works great, very easy to use and to add/remove the needles.
