I’ve used this seat cover for three weeks and every time it has rained the seat ended up wet. the product covered the seat fully but the material isn’t waterproof.

This is not a water proof cover, this is water resistant. It is easy to install, and sort of works as a water resistant cover.

I wish I had bought this years ago. It adjusts to perfectly fit the seat that came with my commuter-style bike (not as skinny as the seat of a road bike; not as fat as a cruiser seat.) Water drops slide right off and it keeps water from soaking into the foam. I keep it on all the time and ride every day; no wear and tear after a month.
