The “T” series design includes a built in pressure relief valve to protect against pressure build up caused by thermal expansion suitable for oils and premix coolants up to SAE140 viscosity. Macnaught’s T512 Pneumatic Oil Pump requires no oil lubricator, is very soft spoken ( 85dB at 2 meters )

Been running 2 of these pumps on my service truck, and ordering a 3rd one now. They live outside 24/7 and have pumped 15w-40 at 15*F. Recommend a preset gun for being able to walk away when pumping large amounts. Pumps 5w-30 fast at all temps. These have a 3/4" NPT fluid outlet, 1" NPT fluid inlet, 1/4" NPT air inlet, and 2" NPT mounting. Just get a 1" iron pipe or PVC with NPT adapter and cut the pipe as long as you need for your container. Be VERY careful tightening your fitting into the fluid outlet port, you can crack the pump, ask me how I know. Just pipe tape it well and snug it up. It's worth mentioning that these pumps make a pretty funny quacking noise as they pump, it helps make your day suck less.

Seems to work I run a service truck and have a oil tank in the back of my truck it's easier to use bulk oil in a tank and pump it out then having a bunch of jugs in the truck

These people are great to deal with. I've had 2 ironton pumps fail in less than 6 months. Tired of Chinese made crap. These are made in Australia.
