Would have been five but the unit buzzed very loud when installed and powere on. But the return process was fine and I ordered a new unit. Will rate that unit once installed.

Diagnosed my ice .aching needing a dump valve ... a local company had one for $120. Order this one on Amazon for $60. Exact same product. Worked great ice machine back up and working like a champ

jIt worked for two months and I had to call repair man to tell me that the part is defective and I thought it had a warranty for one year at least and just see that it is not able to replace or refund so I am buying from someone whom is more reputable really upset now I had to pay for service when it was already a part I replaced that was defective not right
