I purchased and assembled this item it was missing a handful of screw and nuts but the thing that bothered me most is the bracket the holds the tool tray that spins around was welded upside down

Although it worked for the task at hand, it will not fold up for storage. Many bolts and nuts are missing, so plan a trip to the hardware store during assembly. If your not very good with partial assembly instructions, this not for you.

Not much more to say, other than China. Like other reviews, missing parts and pieces. I'm lucky to have a torch and welder, because the mounting bracket for the tool tray, which is to swing out, was welded on the opposite side of the frame.Good luck if you buy it.
