Heel blij met deze mat. Wat is dat ontspannend! Absolute aanrader. Wat me wel tegen viel was het feit dat er alleen een Amerikaanse stekker bij zat. En blijkbaar moet je zelf een juiste tussenstekker zien te krijgen. Vind ik persoonlijk niet heel klantvriendelijk.

This mat is very high quality. I had an issue with the controller and customer service was very willing to help make it right in a timely fashion. I plan to use this mat on my massage table when doing Reiki.

I purchased it to use on my living room couch. I already knew the benefits of crystal infra-red from a mat I have had on my bed for many years. I had trouble with the mat after about 4 monts, and they replaced it in no time. Great company to deal with!

My mat stopped working about 8-9 months into purchasing it. I emailed the seller and the responded pretty quickly. They sent me instructions to try to troubleshoot but they enddd up shipping a replacement. I received it pretty quickly. They even followed up to ensure it was working properly after I received it. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

I love this mat! I use it to relax/sleep better, for stress relief, for relief of sore muscles, and any time I am sick. I like that it comes with two different covers which make it quite comfortable to lay on.I did have an issue with the mat where after a couple of months, it would no longer go above 30 degrees Celsius. I contacted the customer support and they were very quick to respond and very accommodating; they sent a new mat and a bonus pillow! The new mat has a different type of electrical connector, which I am hoping will prevent the new mat from having the same problem. I am really impressed with their customer service!

I absolutely love this mat. It's great for body aches and pains. I use it everyday and can tell a difference in how my body feels. It is a bit stiff at first but I do feel like it gets better with use. I did encounter a problem with my mat, and reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond and replaced the mat right away. Absolutely fantastic customer service.
