I bought this bundle for the start of nursing school. The scissors are fantastic. They are strong and durable. They easily cut through materials. The handle for the scissors is not overly bulky, so they are easy to grip. The two pen lights are great. It comes with batteries. The lights are durable and good quality. For this price point, I would recommend this product.

The penlights were purchased in at the end of April. It’s only September and already one of the penlights is practically broken. Don’t waste your money. There are far better penlights that are a lot more sturdy, and will last longer.

I'm clumsy and drop everything, none of these have broken despite being dropped multiple times. I would have given 5 stars the only downside was the light was a bit bright to shine in people's eyes and had a slight blue tint, which I believe as the batteries die a bit the light may not be as bright. Worth the purchase!

The scissors were perfect and of great quality. The penlights on the other hand were defective. One of them stayed on and would not turn off unless I took the batteries out. I would only recommend getting the scissors. I would’ve sent the items back but I need them for my clinical and couldn’t afford getting an unsat for not having my supplies so I had to keep them.

Plus- Trauma sheets appear to be well made and both pen lights were vibrant in color.Negative- one of the pen lights did not work at all.Regardless still a great buy just for the trauma sheers and one working pen light.

This shears have exceeded my expectations, I had ones that were with me since my first year of nursing school 12 years ago, I lost them this year and it was hard to accept I would not be getting them back. But this are a good replacement, they are pretty big, which was a surprise, I'm a man with big hands, so this are very comfortable to handle, they are sharp and don't chew on things when I'm cutting through them at work. The pen lights are bright and great when I have to do neurological checks on my patients. One of the penlights button seems to get stuck, but the other one is perfect, so no problems there, could have been my mistake when I messed with it.
