Shirt fits good, xxl & I’m 5’10 275lbs 40” waist. Buy most all my shirts in a xxl. It’s certainly better than any cotton or polyester base layer I’ve worn. It did have a slight itch when wearing right out of the package, after a wash I put it on for a hunt & didn’t notice any itch. Would absolutely buy again
