Way too big! Got a refund no problem and why we gave it 4 stars. It was pretty well made for the $. My husband and I have bigger heads, and we still felt like baby new year wearing a hat made for a giant.If you have a Huge head it will work for you.

We got this hat for a Halloween costume. It was exactly what we expected. It definitely isn't meant for more than just a costume. It was pretty big for my husband but he just stuffed it full with newspapers and it works great for us now.

I got this top hat to craft as a special birthday hat for a friend. It is very nice for how inexpensive it is the fit is good and the bubblegum pink is just spot on. Quality!

Nice hat for crafting with, good color. Pink hat came in a bag with no protection. Because of this, that hat was smashed and after straightening it, left a crease on the top.

I needed a hat for a middle school Spirit Week to help encourage a teacher with breast cancer. What better way than a pink top hat?!?! It looks good, fit well (a tiny, tiny bit tight but maybe I have a big head), and I received several compliments. Considering the cost, the hat is much better quality than I was expecting.

My 14 yr. old is going through an identity change. He now wants the Victorian/Steampunk look and being a teenager wants many colors for this look. We got the RED one as we also have ordered a red tails coat/vest (all in one) and the hat is PERFECT it looks just like the photo and even though it's not wool it certainly looks it. I definitely would recommend this hat for this type of wear. Obviously if you're looking for actual wool for business type wear you're not going to get it for less than 10 dollars. Again PERFECT hat for the price.

Fit both my husband and me good. We both have long and thick hair as well so I was worried but they fit perfect. Will be great for our New Years Eve Party.
