Excellent base layer that kept me warm in Alaska even while wet. It was great to have and helped to regulate my body temperature well preventing me from getting way too hot or cold.

Overall this is a great merino wool lightweight hoodie.The camo pattern is excellent, sizing guide was accurate, and the weight of the material is very nice. I would consider this a light to midweight merino layer.Wore it all day and it managed hot and cold well. No itch while wearing but I did notice a little itch when pressed into the fabric, like on your back shile sitting against a couch. Not uncomfortable by any means. Just slightly noticeable.Im 5'10" 230lbs with a 49" chest and the XXL fits me well, if not very slightly oversized. Probably could have ran the XL but I prefer slightly oversized for outdoor gear.

Wore this on a day hike 14 hours up pyramid peaks and gothics in Adirondacks. Kept me warm and dry in these harsh conditions. I would absolutely recommend this hoodie as it is one of the best base layers ive ever wore trail tested.
