I love the product; however, for some reason the delivery was not made. I have to reorder them. I ordered others and 4 different deliveries were made with no problems.

Perfect. Exactly like the older ones we had, only difference was the logo stamp on the back, since Mikasa changed their logo font since our original set was purchase years ago.
