This is a great choice for illuminating a framed picture or splashing some light on a wall. The unit is compact, light enough to be mounted using a set of Command strips, and quite bright. The neck of the lamp is a bit on the shorter side, which can illuminate the top of your picture more than the bottom, but it's more of a stylistic choice than anything else. In the box, you get a remote, some mounting hardware, a slide-on mounting plate (so you can easily pull the lamp off the wall for charging), and a 10ft USB A-to-C charging cable. The three color temperatures are good, but I find that the warm white tends to skew towards the colder end of the spectrum. The brightness is very finely adjustable.The remote is RF (433.92 MHz), so it can be used without line of sight, through walls, or even in another room. If you're a fan of Home Assistant, the signals from the remote can be cloned using a Broadlink device and replayed on-demand to integrate the device with your smart home system. Or, if you'd prefer not to, it comes with a 15m/30m/60m auto-off timer built-in. If you purchase multiple of these, be aware that the remotes are NOT paired to each device. Any and all compatible picture light devices in range will respond to commands, even if they're from other brands. If this is a problem, you can use the physical power switch on the bottom of the lamp to temporarily disable lamps you don't want to control.The metal lamp body feels high-quality, and the hinge was decently tightened right out of the box. I was concerned that the device would be an eyesore when powered off, but it looks just as sleek as a permanent fixture.

I Bought this light for pictures at home but all the other ones seem very bulky and this product is very compact and very durable. It has a phenomenal battery life. The range of the LED light is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a compact led display light

The light looks great, but will not hold a charge for more than a day without even using it. Very disappointed, was hopeful but I would not recommend.

My wife and I have gallery quality art that has needed some lighting. What's good about this product (and we've ordered (2) more after the initial purchase, is that the design is simple and clean. It doesn't put out a ton of light but definitely beats the electrical install option. The downside? What the product description says is "With remote control, USB-C charging cable. charging 3-5 hours to support 9-14 hours of work". However, the cable they provide has a USB-C on one end and a standard USB on the other. How to use it? The USB-C end plugs directly into the light. I thought this was perfect because it would mean that I could use my Apple Macbook Pro (or iPhone) USB-C charger by connecting directly from the USB-C power source into the USB-C input in the light. Not so. Not being an expert in this area, I have no idea why this won't work. What it means is that if your family of products use USB-C and you don't have USB adaptors in the house you're going to need to figure out what you need to buy in order to charge these lights.

I got this to hang over a picture, and i didnt want to hardwire! This is a great option! All you have to do is mount it and charge the light that is easy to remove. this is a game changer for sure!

Initially ordered one with a faulty battery (only would last ~2 hours) which was a big issue because we hung it up close to the ceiling and it was hard to get down. The seller immediately reached out and sent me a new one with much better battery life. Still not quite the 12 hours (which is why I’m not leaving a 5 star review) but overall worth the price and good experience with seller.
