We installed this faucet 2 years ago when we had our counters and sink replaced. It was easy to install and has worked flawlessly ever since. We love this faucet and would definitely buy again.

Nice looking. Power spray nice. After installation the faucet dripped. Talked to nice support rep. Had me tighten the cartridge retaining nut 1/4 turn. Still dripped. Sent me a new cartridge, but with incorrect retaining nut. Called again—support very busy but received callback in a timely fashion. Nice lady sent me correct cartridge and new wand (in case it leaked). Still leaked. Called again. Support gentleman sent me a new faucet. Installed 3 days ago. It drips at the rate of 4 ounces per 24 hours. Will buy a different brand.
