I got this and then found out that it did not come with a hardware kit. After re-reading the ad i did notice a note that a separate unit specific hardware kit was needed but no link or part number provided to find this hardware kit. I purchased a random one from the same company and it did work.The pad is just self-expanding foam wrapped in a plastic hair net stuffed in a vinyl leather "pad". feels like a brick and it's in the wrong location on the back. I removed it and that alone made the wife happier.I would say that it's not worth the price. Knowing what i know now, maybe i would pay $80

I bought this thinking the pad would be higher and will provide a better back support, but the of height doesn’t change. However, product came before expected and well packaged.

This was on back order and it took longer than expected to get here, however the quality was better than I expected. Super easy install. The only real complaint is after install when riding it rattles which freaked me out thinking something was loose on my bike.
