The title is misleading. I bought this as one of the presents I had for mothers day this year. My mom loves these houses up at Christmas time, she has an entire village of them. The lighting works and the house isn't bad - it fits with her things when I checked it out. I can't tell if it's sturdy or not, but I decided not to give it to her because of personal differences when it comes to real people losing their very real homes and livelihoods. So I guess it's just mine, now. And I don't celebrate Christmas.

I did like the look of this piece except for the fact that you cannot turn this on without the music playing. There is no option to just have the lights on only. The flashing lights were also highly annoying. If they had been steady lights, it would not have bothered me so much. The paint job on the characters sitting on the bench was also very sloppy. I returned mine.
