I was so tired of trying to figure out how to add weight for my donkey kicks and other moves aside from ankle weights that only go to a certain limit, really, and without having to grasp a dumbbell within my knee crease. These. Are. Lovely. Honestly, such a game changer, and when I am working on lower body I can combine my sets to include all the exercises that'll have these rather than worrying about dropping weight and doing something else. One thing I loved about these, too, was that when I so super sets with a cardio set between for HIIT, I can keep the weight on and have it be weighted marches or even power knee-ups or pilates moves. These also were a LOT better than holding DBs for calve raises. Overall, I'm a happy muscle mommy.

I am on a fitness journey and I decided to start investing in some equipment. I came across this foot attachment for dumbbells and decided to give it a try. I must say this product is just as described. It fits my 5 lb dumbbells perfectly. It is easy to use and very durable. I definitely recommend this product .

As a gym owner and trainer for over 30 years, I've seen a lot of exercise equipment and gadgets. I've never seen a device to strap a dumbbell to your foot before, so I was intrigued. Indeed, it works exactly as intended; it securely attaches a dumbbell to the bottom of your foot. Very easy to figure out how to set up and use just by looking at it. This would work well for certain exercises, PT, or rehab. Always make sure to do all movements in a slow and controlled manner when you have a weight attached to your foot, as quick or jerky movements could easily generate enough force to damage tendons or ligaments, particularly in the knee. Make sure you are seated or have something to stabilize yourself with if you are standing, as a weight strapped to your foot could throw your balance off, and you don't want to risk injury. I always suggest closed-chain or compound exercises (squats, split squats, deadlifts, etc.) for overall strength and conditioning, as they translate better to real-life activities and functional strength. However, some isolation exercises could be beneficial as a supplement. For instance, if you have a muscle imbalance, such as weak hamstrings compared to your quads, you could use this for leg curls. These are well made, with strong and secure Velcro closures.

These are well made and worked fine for me. After donning, I found that walking with anything bigger than about a 10 pound dumbbell would be difficult, so make sure that you're where you want to be when you put them on. Performing different exercises was fine, with the product keeping the dumbbell in place well enough for me.I had no complaint with the product itself. My only beef is with product support. No instructions are provided. There was only a small plastic info card (credit card size) with the company's name, website, and email address. Sadly, when I went to the website for instructions on how to use the product, I could find none. Indeed, the website seemed to be all about "modern lighting and contemporary light fixtures" per their "About" info. Fortunately, an installation video did exist on YouTube. Using the brand name and "monkey feet" as the search parameter, I found it. It's not a great video, but it got the job done.Installation is a bit of a hassle, and can easily interrupt the flow of a good workout, so if you can, have the dumbbells attached before you start.

I recently messed up my back and have not been able to get to the gym so I have been slowly collecting pieces for my “home gym”. I’ve never seen anything like these, so I was intrigued.I have to say right out the gate, this Velcro is strong! Like it was a bit of a struggle to get apart at first! But because of that, I feel very confident in its ability to hold on to those weights.I tested it with a 5lb and a 10lb dumbbell. The straps were a little squished from the 5lb but it was workable. It fit better on the larger handle of the 10lb weight. Either way, those puppies are secure! If you’re looking for something to have for your home gym or maybe even at your office, I think this is a great idea!10/10 would recommend💪🏼

I was very intrigued by these when I came across them and decided to order them to give them a try. They work as intended but are quite fiddly to put on, and once on you can’t really walk much in case you trip over.I recommend if you get these to use them while sitting down so you don’t fall over. They do help with your workout but because of the poor implementation I’m knocking one star off down to 4.

Never knew this was a thing... but I like it!Helps on leg day, you can use it in so many ways with a dumbbell of your choosing.I especially like it on the weight bench at home when doing leg curls. If you're looking for a little something extra for your workout, this is a neat device!
