If you're looking for a cosplay hat for Monkey D Luffy, this one fits the bill. I will say it is smallish. My normal hat size is between 7 1/8th and 7 1/4. This hat fits pretty good but if you need a larger hat size, it could be a tight fit for you.

The hat itself is great quality. I may have just missed information about the size of the hat, because it is just a smidgen too small for my head.
