Bought these back in February. Just got around to installing them and when I opened boxes I found the hardware was missing for one of the struts. Amazon needs to check the products they are selling.

These feel a little more stiff than the original strut I had, which is preferable in a full sized pickup that frequently encounters potholes, rough dirt roads or the occasional two-track. The ride quality is great. Small bumps are slightly more apparent than what I've notice with a softer "highway" strut, but still offer a smooth comfortable ride. I am very impressed with the control I get on rough dirt roads, which is partly why I gave 5 stars. These struts (along with equivalent rear shocks) hold my tires snugly to the road, even when driving fast down washboard dirt- they have eliminated the wandering, loss of control and wheel bounce I was previously experiencing in such conditions (compared to worn stock Ford parts). I only have 5,000 miles on them so far, but seem to be holding up very well to the rough and bumpy conditions I've subjected them to. Well worth the affordable cost.
