I was very impressed with the customer service if Ent Wood Art. My original order was damaged during shipping. After contacting Ent Wood Art they were quick to respond and took extra precautions to make sure it wouldn’t be damaged again in transit. The wood art looks beautiful.

The product looks nice outside of the glue showing on the seems where they put it together.My biggest complaint is they should have waited a few extra days before shipping the product. It smelled like a wood smoker so bad it had to be left outside for 24 hours before I could bring it in the house.

Shipping was delayed. But great piece to add to wall. Was given tiny nails to hang but used another way to hang.
