My Toyota cam lasted over 250k miles before needing replacement. This one went less than 100 miles with new oil, filter and fluids before making a racket. The first two pictures are cylinder 1 and 2 showing cam lobe damage. The 3rd picture is cylinder 4, showing the offset lobes and reduced contact and load bearing area.
