My Voyager luggage is more than 10 years old but in great shape except the wheels. The wheel bearings were worn, and the outer soft wheel portion cracked and peeled off exposing just the hard black plastic inner wheel. Wheels turned but made loud disturbing noise while using in the airport. I carefully measured the remaining inner wheel diameter, added about 1/8" for the lost skin cover and checked thickness for clearance inside the wheel housing.To take out the old wheels which were riveted to firm subframe members was the difficult part. After trials and looking at some U Tube recommendation, found that using a slightly larger diameter drill bit to drill out the rivet ends was the best method. Also bought same gauge screws with larger diameter heads did the trick. Now my luggage wheels glide like new with no loud noise in the airport.

I found these out and now I am extending the durability of my luggage by a lot. Requires some effort but once you saw off the original wheels, installing these is a breeze and they work very well.

Although these arrived at the designated time, they did not fit the suitcase. It was extremely difficult to determine the best fit.

These were the best fit I could get for an old suitcase. The wheels on the old suitcase had disintegrated. I was able to find these that best matched the old wheels. The new wheels are slightly smaller than the old ones, but it still works. I did not need all the extra hardware.

Great wheel replacement for my luggage. It is slightly smaller that the original ones but still it worked. It was slightly more complicated to replace but that was due to the luggage manufacturer using rivets to attach the wheels. I just had to drill through the rivets to take them out then went to the hardware store to get the correct size nuts and bolts to replace them.

Have a classic TravelPro 20". Had to cut the rivets out of the bag to get the wheel housings off using a Dremel. Then you have to cut the original axles out because they are peened over. Basically TravelPro made this repair as difficult as possible so you buy a new bag. Recommend you get out the old wheels first and measure. Width is key here. Since my old rubber wheel fell apart I had to guess the diameter but these wheels were the prefect width. I had to go to my local hardware/home warehouse to get smooth headed screws/nuts to replace where the rivets were removed. So for less than $30 I saved one of my favorite carry on bags. New wheels are smooth and quiet.
