These are heavy duty and very stable. They are made of solid material. The chrome finish is immaculate. No blemishes at all. They came covered and padded in the box. The only thing I had to do was port the bolt hole bigger on the frame of my truck to make these fit. My hole was a 5/8 and needed to be a 3/4 for mounting. I bought a graduating size bit to bore the frame.
