Packaging could have been better, although it wasn't broken I had to reassembled it due to it being bent and the turntable slipping out of the drive wheel.Product itself is very good.

This unit works very well, and the alignment is wonderful. When paired with its motorization unit, it is a tad loud.

Don't spend the money. Stay away from this. I love Atlas products, have six Atlas Loco's which are great, all of my track and I have a lot is Atlas, including 12 Atlas switches which are all good. This thing broke right away. The track power connection is absolute garbage. The Loco' stopped running on the turntable section of track. Then it would work and randomly not work. Then it totally failed completely. I spent a ton of time thinking I had a bad wire or a bad controller providing the power to that track. All my switches and controllers are also Atlas and all are very good. After wasting a lot of time troubleshooting it I determined the track on the table was bad or the connection to that track was. I felt the latter was the problem. The motor drive that I purchased separately to rotate the turntable works great.I figured I would take the rotating table part off to see if a connection may have just needed a slight bending. Big mistake. They have small metal type cups which hold a small spring which has another floating metal to which is the track contact. The spring on one lost it's strength and the top cup wasn't providing the tension to push the contact to the track contact. I tried fixing it but it was impossible to get it back in position without the metal pieces just falling out. Since I took it apart I couldn't return it so I am basically out the $32.00 for the table and another $28.00 for the motor drive. I probably can hard wire actual wire connections to the track but then you can only rotate the table a few positions to the left or right. I took it off the layout and am using switches for the yard rather then this table. I would not recommend this as it is not constructed very well and is costly for something that can break this easily without very much use. Hardly any use, I would have given it a zero but I figured I had to give it a star.
