It fits perfect on my Yamaha Star V-250. I had to add a couple of fender washers to make the back seat stable.

Looks good and fit ok. The plate needed a little bent to fit but was easy to install.

Used on a vstar 250. Perfect fit. Had to remove and reinstall rear turn signals but that wasnt difficult. Came with good directions. Solid unit and looks great. Very happy with this.

My bike came with one of these already on it, works fine, but FYI, you'll have to move the turn signals if you want saddle bags, and replace them with bolts or something to hold on this rack.
