As an autistic man who suffers with temperature regulation this is brilliant! It’s not too heavy and gives great airflow! It’s sturdy and a compact size. Looks pretty good aswell compared to some of the others on the market. Very pleased

Okay well they sent me the wrong color but whatever. I got it turned on and it all to work and have to say I’m totally excited. This is gonna help me at work for my hot flashes. It worked instantly how I wanted it too and what it said it was gonna do the only problem that I do see is that I can’t get to shut off. I just got it so I’ll have to update later if it is an ongoing problem or if this will work. but it fits very comfortable around the neck. It looks really big and heavy but it is really lightweight and I have a small neck so I hope it all works out.

I figured this would be crap since multiple websites said the reviews were fake. It isn't 'AI', they're just using buzzwords to inflated the price. It's loud, the buttons are clumsy, the LED display is for show only, and it's heavy. And I've only used it at home. I worry about using at work in the outdoors, it's so loud and blows air directly across your ears. I'd worry that I wouldn't be able to hear people 6 feet away from me. It's overpriced for for what it is and what it does. It does feel nice tho, until the 'cooling plate' gets warm because it's on your skin. It's basically just a CPU cooler

I bought theses as a Christmas gift for my wife,I was very nervous about how she would receive them and if they were actually any good, I shouldn’t have worried about them because she’s EXTREMELY happy with them, they do exactly what they say they do! They are well worth the money, I’d definitely recommend them.

Best Neck Fan! I’m a chef at an elementary school and it gets hot in that kitchen- Not only does it keep me cool and comfortable but the added Cooling Plate helps tremendously to keep my neck cool.The Battery Life holds up a charge very well.

This is the best neck fan I have ever used. Its comfortable and the cooling plate is fantastic as it instantly cools right down in seconds and the airflow is good too. This is much better than I was expecting it to be, Its not to noisy It also has good battery life too and is charged via usb c which is good.

The recipient was highly delighted with product. It arrived safely on time in secure packaging. It took four hours to fully charge. There are three temperature settings and three flow strengths. Please be aware that the plate at back of neck does get exceptionally cold. There is a side light but doesn't appear to have a purpose, so could do without. The test of time will tell how long the product will last before it requires maintenance. At present it is being well used and have received requests from other family members as they want one too. Useful for any walk of life; has been used during college lectures, out walking the dog, sitting/working in the garden, indoors while seated/watching TV and even tried out in bed. There is a suggested time limit of use, so it's not to be used continuously. Initially the motor sounds noisy but once used to it the noise disappears into the background. Made well, appears good and strong. Very impressed.
